It’s been a busy week again clocking up the mileage on the vehicles! We were back to take the marquees down from the Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay and Largs following on from their Food Fest.

It’s the Scottish Series sailing at Tarbert this weekend, 27-30 May 2016. We installed their marquee on Monday for visitors to the event. Last year’s weather was amazing so fingers crossed for the same this year.
Kevin and the Glasgow team were at Scotland’s National Stadium, Hampden Park, earlier on in the week. Our marquee is being used as a bar area for several high profile music concerts taking place over the summer including Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay, Beyonce and Rihanna.
On Wednesday this week our Dunoon team went to the Isle of Bute to install a marquee for a wedding. The weather was fabulous and it makes our job so much easier when the elements are in our favour. The situation of the marquee was perfect – the ground was flat and level with good access for our vehicles to get to the site.

These photographs below show the various stages of the installation, starting with laying the floor. The marquee size is 9m x 27m with a porch and white handrails. The actual wedding ceremony is to be held outside and the weather looks like it is hold out too. We would like to wish the Reid family all the very best – have a great day
