MARQUEE LININGS
Marquees are most definitely enhanced by the addition of an internal lining. Especially for weddings and other special occasions. Our standard linings are pleated ivory draped and are complemented by the addition of a pelmet/swag at eaves height. Stock colours are ivory, burgundy, royal blue, red, lilac, gold and Black Watch tartan. Other options are available if requested.
Linings allow you to transform the setting and hide any structural metalwork and fixings. Our wedding quotations would always include the provision of internal linings as standard.
Star Cloth Linings
A star cloth ceiling is a popular addition to party marquees and we can offer a black star cloth ceiling. Additional options for star cloth ceilings are now available in ivory, royal blue and red from some of the specialist hire companies.
Bespoke Linings
Custom made fitted linings (known as ‘tack off’) are available in a wide range of colours. These linings are made to measure and are installed by a specialist company.
Blackout Linings
Black out linings can be used to as a backdrop to stage areas or to give an additional effect within party marquees e.g. to alternative the ivory ceiling with a black ceiling to give a different look and feel. Black out walls are also available.
Tables
Several styles are available, depending on personal choice of the type of functions. Our stock items are detailed below, however, other options are available and can be sourced for clients:
4ft Diameter Tables
Often used for smaller marquees or for informal functions, they will comfortably seat 6 guests for formal dining or 8 guests for a more informal setting.
5ft Diameter Tables
Possibly the most popular and versatile round table available. Ideal for weddings and formal dinners as they will seat 8/9 guests for formal dining and facilitate conversation by offering a fairly intimate setting. For less formal functions they can accommodate 10 guests; ideal for additional evening guests at weddings.
6ft Diameter Tables
Our largest round table which will seat 10 guests comfortably for formal dining but is suitable for 12/14 guests for informal use.
6ft Trestle Tables
These multi-purpose tables are ideal for buffet/bar service areas, traditional straight top tables at a wedding or formal dinner and also for use behind the scenes in catering and cloakroom areas.

Chairs
A variety of chair styles are available depending on personal choice, type of function and cost considerations:
Event Chair
A folding plastic chair in burgundy with a curved back for greater comfort.
Banqueting Chair
A folding upholstered chair with metal frame and burgundy upholstery.
Standard Banqueting Chair
Available with gold frame and red seat pad or silver frame with blue seat pad.
Bentwood Chair
A wooden chair available with silver, black or gold frames with a choice of coloured seat pad (ivory, gold, black, red, blue, green, purple).
Chiavari Chair
Available in silver or limewash frame with a choice of coloured seat pad (ivory, gold, black, red, blue, green, purple).
Patio Furniture
Tables and chairs available in metal cafe style or plastic garden style.
STAGING
We stock Prolyte professional staging in 2m x 1m or 1m x 1m panels which are available with various different leg heights. Black pelmets finish off the front edge. Handrails and access treads are also available.
Due to the widespread of availability of the Prolyte stage we can obtain extra panels if required all compatible with our own stock.
PA SYSTEM
We have a simple easy to operate high quality PA systems with Bose speakers available for hire.
The main source of music nowadays is via MP3 or laptops and we supply a lead with the system together with a good quality speech microphone.
Other more complex systems and AV systems can be sourced via one of our partner companies.
DANCE FLOORS
Our standard marquee package would include a wooden floor which gives an ideal finish for all occasions and is suitable for dancing. However, personal preference may be for a carpeted finish and a formal dance floor.
Our polished Hardwood Dance Floor is available in yard squares to give a high quality wooden finish. There are a variety of specialist dance floors available from specialist companies for clients looking to create a different effect e.g. Black and White, Mirror, White LED, Black LED or full colour changing LED.
