Planning is a critical part of organising your event and you need to be confident in your suppliers so that you can concentrate on the event or in the case of a wedding, being able to enjoy your day.

Once we have discussed your event, numbers attending, location we can suggest a package suitable for you. This can be augmented by additional aspects such as specialist finishes, furniture options and lighting.

We can also assist with other associated facilities you may require such as power generation, toilets and any other aspects required.

We keep in touch with clients throughout the months leading up to their event and this can be done through meetings, telephone conversations and email. Email tends to be the preferred method of communication. This is also easy for clients based overseas to still have the same level of contact and service.

CAD Design for Marquee Planning

In order to assist you with envisaging the space available for your function, we can provide you with a detailed drawing to scale showing the layout of your marquee.

Our CAD programme also has a 3D facility to give you a more accurate impression of the marquee and the various colour schemes and furniture options available.

Drawings can be provided to caterers, florists, bands and any other suppliers involved to help them envisage the layout on the day.
