Marquees can be used in the retail industry e.g. to solve temporary storage problems. Often large supermarkets are looking to increase stock at Christmas or at other times. They can offer a more cost effective solution that bringing in temporary warehouses.

Additional and/or Temporary Storage

Marquees can be used in yard areas for additional storage or could be installed within large warehouses to give a smaller area if, for example, a heated area was required to avoid damp.

Long or Short Term Marquee Hire

Marquees do not generally constitute permanent structures by Local Authority Planning Departments and therefore generally do not require planning permission so for retail businesses who require some longer term storage (maybe months or even years) marquees provide an ideal solution for temporary storage.

Being modular they can be erected in small or awkward areas where a permanent structure would not fit or would not be allowed such as yards, car parks, bin store areas.
