Marquee Structures Designed for Large Events & Festivals

We’re delighted to have be involved with many annual sporting and cultural events over the years. We take pride in providing marquee infrastructure and support many of these events on a recurring basis. We believe in long term relationships and aim to provide a level of service and final deliverable which can be relied upon.

Our structures offer a wide range of capabilities with marquee sizes ranging from small market stalls to large scale festival marquees and music venues which allow for heavy footfall.

In addition to our marquee structures, we offer a full range of ancillary services including: trackway, power generation & distribution, lighting, heating and other practical event hire services.

Sporting Events

UCI Mountain Bike World Cup (Fort William)

We provide Rare Management with various marquees ranging from the large Food/Bar Tent to the Crew area, Media/Hospitality Tent and also smaller units for First Aid and the 4X start area.

Scottish National Bowling Championships (Ayr)

We were working for South Ayrshire Council in conjunction with Bowls Scotland to deliver the necessary infrastructure for this prestigious annual event held at Northfield in Ayr each July.

Scotland’s Boat Show (Kip Marina)

Provision of a variety of marquees for Scotland’s Boat Show, the largest boat show in Scotland and the 3rd biggest boat show in the UK. It is now the UK’s largest brokerage boat show with an unrivalled selection of new and used boats on view attracting approximately 16,000 visitors from far and wide.

Cultural Festivals

Royal Highland Show (Edinburgh)

We have worked with the organisers of this Show for many years – the most prestigious in Scotland – providing the President’s Marquee and the Members’ Marquee in addition to a large shopping area plus we provide the 250 seater Stockman’s Restaurant/Bar for Country Refreshments; plus smaller exhibition space for Lantra, Central Scotland Forest Trust amongst others.

Scottish Game Fair (Scone)

Large craft fair marquee for 3D2D Craft Fairs; 20 smaller marquees for registration areas at the various activities such as archery, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, dogs, plus first aid, baby change, security and other ancillary services.

Cowal Highland Gathering (Dunoon)

We have provided all marquee infrastructure for this world renowned events including individual solo piping platform covers, dancing platform covers in various sizes, office accommodation, staff catering, hospitality/sponsors marquee and a large ceilidh tent.

Wigtown Book Festival

We have worked with this famous book festival over many years. We currently provide two lecture theatres for up to 300 people, together with a book shop, cafe and kiddies area. We provide a full ancillary service including black out back drops, stage areas, additional lighting, power distribution and furniture.
