GHA Beer Festival – Large-Scale Event Marquee Hire
Overview
We’ve proudly supported the GHA Beer Festival for several years, providing marquees and infrastructure as the event has grown in size and popularity. What started as a local gathering has evolved into a major community event, attracting large crowds, vendors, and sponsors.
Our Role
For the most recent festival, we supplied a 12m x 39m marquee as the main beer tent—providing shelter, atmosphere, and a central space for attendees to gather, eat, and enjoy live music. Surrounding this, we installed multiple 6m x 6m pagoda marquees for food vendors and bars, as well as a 3m x 15m structure to house local artisan and market stalls.
To enhance the event experience and visibility, we also installed festoon lighting across key walkways and supplied banner rails for sponsor branding, giving partners high-impact exposure throughout the weekend.
Challenges & Success
Due to strong winds during the summer solstice week, our installation schedule had to be carefully adapted to ensure safety and structural integrity. Despite the time-sensitive conditions, we completed the full setup on schedule—thanks to our experienced team and in-house stock flexibility.
Outcome
The event was a great success, drawing large crowds and strong positive feedback from attendees, vendors, and organisers alike. Planning is already underway for next year’s festival, and we’re excited to continue playing a key role in its growing success.
Scottish Bowls Championship – Large-Scale Event Marquee Hire

We were proud to support the Scottish Bowls Championship, delivering over 15,000 sq ft of marquee infrastructure to meet a wide range of needs, including retail, commercial, welfare, and hospitality spaces.
