Restaurant Marquee at Royal Highland Show
It was all about the Royal Highland Show preparations last week. The 176th Royal Highland Show takes place at the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston on 23-26 June 2016.
This year we are supplying several marquees to individual clients. One of our largest marquees there is for Country Refreshments who run the Stockman’s Restaurant at the Show with their marquee having a 15m x 25m dining area and a 15m x 10m bar.
We have supplied furniture and seating for 300 so they are looking forward to a busy show! The Hutton Institute have a 12m x 20m marquee from us complete with suspended flooring and panoramic window walls.
Rugby Park, Kilmarnock
On Thursday we installed three marquees at Rugby Park, Kilmarnock. They were for bars being set up outside the concert venue. The concert on Friday evening was for none other than Sir Rod Stewart! The rain stayed away and it was beautiful evening.
Wedding Marquee at Gartocharn
The team were back at High Wards at Gartocharn by Loch Lomond on Wednesday preparing for a wedding on Saturday.
This is our third wedding there this year and it is already a firm favourite of ours! Set in 98 acres of land with great access to Loch Lomond shores and with it’s own swimming pool, it’s just a beautiful venue carefully managed by Emily and her husband Jim.
Hospitality Marquee at Greenock
At the weekend we supplied a hospitality marquee for the P1 Powerboat Scottish Grand Prix of the Seas. There were thousands of visitors to the area for this great event. Saturday’s weather was fantastic and perfect for visitors, Sunday on the other hand wasn’t so good!
