Whilst undertaking a period of refurbishment at George Heriot’s School in Edinburgh, a long-term solution was required to put in temporary kitchen accommodation.
Marquee Style
A 15m x 40m Roder Structure with steel subfloor which had been purchased by the temporary kitchen supply company for installation by our team. We have been available to assist with any unforeseen maintenance issues throughout the period of use.

A full commercial kitchen was installed to meet the catering needs of the school throughout term times. Additional heating was installed over the festive break to ensure an even temperature was maintained whilst unoccupied which would guard against any inclement weather.
Solution
It was crucial that the temporary kitchen accommodation could service the needs of the school throughout the school academic year and be capable of withstanding all weather.
