Stirling Rugby Club – Hospitality Marquee for 900th Anniversary Parade

To mark the grand finale of Stirling’s 900th anniversary celebrations, thousands gathered across the city, culminating in a dramatic pipe band parade at Stirling Castle. We were commissioned to install a marquee at Stirling County Rugby Club, providing essential hospitality space and weather cover for guests attending the closing event. The structure needed to be durable, weather-resistant, and set up in advance to accommodate catering and AV equipment for live streaming.
Features
We supplied a 12m x 30m Coverspan marquee, constructed on 3m bays with a solid suspended timber floor, offering a level and secure base suitable for dining and entertainment.

Weather Challenges
Despite exceptionally wet weather in the days leading up to the event, our team ensured the marquee was safely and efficiently installed, providing a dry, comfortable space for all guests.
