Requirements
It is unusual to get three weekends in a row at the same venue so close to home. Sometimes a venue will allow the marquee to be left on site for several weekends (which can often result in considerable cost savings for the clients). However, Ardkinglas Estates likes the marquee removed to let the grass recover.

Logistical planning was required to ensure that the correct size of marquee was left on site each week as we were travelling without lorries.
Solutions
The three weddings ranged in size from 90 guests to 140 guests which meant that our 9m wide marquee structures are ideal. Incremental in 3m sections, they are a great cost-effective solution. We actually treated the three events separately and took back to our yard most of the equipment, only leaving the marquee frames and flooring stacked to the side. We were able to offer a slight cost saving to each wedding party since some equipment could be left on site.
