Monthly Review – April 2017

7 weddings in one month

Well our Spring and Summer season has got off with bang this year – in April alone we had 7 weddings in our schedules! The team were at High Wards at Gartocharn, Ardanaiseig Hotel at Kilchrenan (Loch Awe), Taynuilt, Ormsary Hall and Ardkinglas House at Cairndow. All beautiful west coast of Scotland locations careful chosen by our weddding couples.

The photos below are from our first wedding of the year at Loch Lomond Golf Club – the marquee looked magnificent nestled in by the shores of Loch Lomond itself.

The marquee was one of our larger corporate structures with an overall size of 15m by 40m. The luxury toilet trailer, supplied by Event-a-Loo was built into the structure as was the kitchen area leaving a 30 metre function area for the guests. The marquee had our solid glazing on the gable and the front to let the guests soak up the view with a glass roof canopy and glass verandah with a red carpet.

Our pea lamp roof canopy, festoon lighting and LED uplighters really added to the internal finish which was all topped off with a LED dance floor and a first for us – a balloon drop at the first dance.

We were absolutely delighted with our marquee as you can tell. Our meetings with the family in the planning stages of the wedding proved invaluable and resulted in our clients having their dream wedding day!
