We recently had the pleasure of supplying a marquee for the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open at Dundonald Links Golf Club in Ayrshire this month.
The build commenced a week prior to the event to ensure that the marquee was ready for all the necessary Building Control and Health & Safety inspections prior to the event. The marquee itself was one of our corporate grade structures, 12 metres x 15 metres and was linked into the Clubhouse. We used our Floorstak system for the marquee flooring to allow for the build to be level with the Clubhouse. We supplied three canopies over the veranda with our glass balustrade to finish the outside area, this made an excellent viewing point for the the course. Our glass surround doors complemented the opening Marquee Solid Glazing perfectly.
Internally we fitted a charcoal carpet and fully lined the marquee with our pleated ivory drapes. For lighting we added our white globe chandeliers that were fully dimmable. A beautifully finished first class marquee for a premier event in Scotland! We were delighted with the finished marquee as were Dundonald Links.
