Controlled Marquee Heating for Comfort
Our indirect diesel heaters sit outside the marquee and blow warm air in through vents.
These are thermostatically controlled so they come on and off at the temperature you have set to ensure an even heat throughout your event.
Marquee Heating to Match the Weather
We have a range of marquee heaters in a variety of sizes so that we can select the most suitable unit for the size of marquee in use. We keep a close eye on the weather forecast and put in the number of units required given the conditions. Our marquee packages always include heating. Our clients are not charged per heater and can be assured that the correct level of heating will be supplied to suit both their event and the weather.
Even Heat Throughout the Marquee
In particularly cold weather it is necessary to ensure that heating is spread throughout the marquee so that one end does not get blasted with hot air whilst the opposite end remains cold.
Thought is also given as to the siting of the heaters. There is little point in blowing the heat into the dance area or in behind bar units so the vents are placed strategically around the marquee for best effect.
No Extra Charge for Marquee Kitchen and Toilet Heating
For large scale events when there may be big kitchen areas and built in toilet areas, we would heat these also at no extra charge. Although whilst the kitchens are being used to prepare the meal they will be heated naturally through the cooking process. After dinner, as the caterer prepares to clear out, a great deal of heat can be lost from kitchen area so it is important to ensure that the heat within the function area is not lost to the empty kitchen area later at night. Toilet marquees are also heated as these ancillary areas are just as important for guests’ comfort.
Additional heaters can mean that your fuel costs are a little more expensive, but it can be the difference between success and failure of your event.
