Client Requirement

Our client required us to work with their US wedding planner before and during the wedding to provide a bespoke lochside wedding for the bridal party and guests who had all flown in from the USA to attend the wedding.

Marquee Style

We installed a 15m x40m clearspan marquee which was made up of a 25 metre function area, a 10 metre kitchen for the Golf Club chefs, and 5 metres for building in the luxury toilet trailer.

Location

Loch Lomond Golf Club, Luss, Alexandria

Features

This wedding marquee was in a perfect for the location. We used our solid glazing opening windows to showcase the view along with our clear PVC gable. The marquee was ivory lined along with an ivory lining reveal to  hide the band/dance area until after the evening dining. The toilets were built into the marquee with the entrance way lined in keeping with the rest of the marquee. Over the function are we installed with 15m of black starlight cloth to add to the atmosphere at the evening reception. We installed our chrystal chandeliers over the dining are which looked fabulous and   DAG Lighting installed the lighting trusses over the dance floor for the evening reception.

The floor of the marquee was covered in ivory carpet throughout to add to the luxurious feel. A stunning white dance floor and an LED bar finished off the reception area beautifully.

Externally we installed a 15m verandah that the client wanted as a red carpet entrance. We added some festoon lighting over the covered roof canopy and along with the decorations from Supernova, the entrance was a stunning feature of the marquee, especially as the sun went down.
